Website and Services
Norton Fitness provides commercial fitness equipment sales, consultation, delivery, installation, moving, maintenance, and repair services. Information on this website is provided for general informational purposes. Product availability, specifications, lead times, and service availability may change. A written quote or agreement will control if it conflicts with information displayed on this website.
Quotes and Orders
A website inquiry is not an order or a guarantee of pricing or availability. Quotes may be subject to expiration dates, taxes, shipping, delivery, installation, site conditions, and other terms stated in the quote. Orders are accepted only when confirmed by Norton Fitness.
Norton Fitness SMS Terms of Service
Program Description and Opt-In
When you provide your mobile number through a Norton Fitness form and submit the form after viewing the text message disclosure, you consent to receive recurring customer-care and informational text messages from Norton Fitness. Messages may include responses to inquiries, quote follow-up, appointment reminders, and updates about orders, deliveries, installations, service, or repairs. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Consent provided through our service request forms does not authorize unrelated promotional text messages.
Message Frequency and Charges
Message frequency varies based on your request and activity. Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier's message and data rates may apply to messages sent and received.
Opt-Out
You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any Norton Fitness text message. After you send STOP, we may send one final text message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that confirmation, you will no longer receive messages from that program unless you opt in again.

Carrier Disclaimer
Wireless carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission by your carrier and is outside Norton Fitness's control.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties. Our collection and use of information is described in our Privacy Policy.
Changes to Your Mobile Number
If you change or deactivate the mobile number you provided, please contact us so we can update our records.
